Heat Tracing Systems

Does your workplace system need to be operating within a temperature window? Does that system struggle to keep the temperature it needs to be during the coldest parts of the year? Well, if so then a trace heating system could help your system operate better and for longer. We install self-regulating, trace heating cable for frost protection to pipework exposed to low temperatures and for maintaining desired service temperatures for pipework systems. The typical uses for a system like this are to warm up sprinkler pipework systems to ensure 100% operation of the facility even in freezing conditions. You can also use the system in buildings such as hotels and hospitals to have an instant supply of hot water.

So what does the system do? The heat tracing systems are used to maintain or raise the temperature of pipes and vessels using heat tracing cables. What the system will do is recognise when the pipes or vessels go below a set temperature and will activate to them warm the pipes up and maintain a constant flow of warm fluid running through the system.

More About Heat Tracing Systems

We install all of the heat tracing systems with Digitech thermostats enabling complete control of the protective system. Then after the whole system is installed we will apply thermal insulation to the network to protect and enable the system to operate effectively. With all of this in place, you will be able to keep your systems running at the desired working temperatures and protect your system to make it last longer and reduce costs on energy & maintenance.

If you are interested in the system and service we can give to you please make sure you get in contact with our team who can answer any questions you might have.
